Our Office

Our office was founded in June 2014 in Osaka to provide professional legal services with domestic and foreign clients.
Since our foundation, we have been actively engaged in supporting more than twenty foreign companies in dealing with business startup in Japan, such as establishment of companies and acquisition of status of residence.
When the advisory contract is concluded, we will keep providing our clients with wide range of the legal services including:
・preparing company regulations and contracts
・application for registration of changes in bord members, relocation of head office, and the other changes to be registered
・representation in litigation/arbitration
・pursuing trademark registration
